Booking Your Headshot Session
— The First Step is to Decide the Headshots Session You Want
Booking the Photo Session is done with a series of emails to ensure our mutual understanding of what you are getting with your headshot session and any options you want and us understanding what you want and need from your photos. This all begins with finding the type of Headshot Session(s) you want, Business, Actor-Model, Glamour, Personal (for self, friends, family etc.)
— Look up the Pricing for the session
Next step is clicking on the Pricing link in the main menu. Here you will find the different sessions offerings, what the cost is, what is included and the approximate time required. You can also see the different Options and Add-Ons that can be added to your shoot, such as Makeup and Hair Styling for women, Grooming, for men, additional time, locations fees, and copyrights.
— Check Availability
When you know the Session and the Options you want, please submit our Photoshoot Booking Information form. Tell us your preferred date(s) and time(s) you are available for the shoot, if you will want Makeup and Hair and as much of the other information as possible, You can ask any questions you might have or give us any information about what you want. It is also always helpful if you can send us a few photos of yourself and the type of shots you want to do.
— We will confirm availability and total price
Once we receive the Photoshoot Booking Information form, we will look at our calendar and see which of your requested dates are available. We will then email you back with the available date(s) and time(s) as well as any suggestions or information, and your total pricing quote.
— Submit Booking Agreement with agreed upon date and time
If everything sounds good, you will then need to send us a Booking Agreement. The Booking Agreement is self-explanatory with agreed upon dates and times and outlining your rights and our rights.
— Pay your Paypal Invoice for the Session Deposit with a Credit Card
The last step in Booking the Photo Session is to pay your deposit. We will send you a link to a Paypal Invoice outlining all of your ordered services and the prices of each. Deposit is 50% of your session and makeup fee and will reserve us for your date and time.— Privacy of Credit Card Information
We use Paypal for Online Credit Card Processing and Square when on location. Neither requires for you to have an account. They are easy, simple and secure and do not require you giving us any credit card information. We do not take or store any client credit card numbers or expiration dates.
— You receive your receipt of payment and instructions for preparing for your Session
Paypal and Square both send instant receipts and we will also send you a confirmation with your shoot details as well as special tips and instructions specifically for your upcoming session.
